Refund requests are eligible only if the service engagement or project execution has not commenced. Once development, setup, or service delivery has begun, refunds will not be applicable. For subscription-based services, cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing cycle starts.
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days through the original mode of payment. Requests must be shared formally with valid payment and service-related information for verification.
Refunds are not applicable for completed services, partially delivered work, or where time, effort, or resources have already been utilized. Any exception or partial refund, if considered, will be entirely at the discretion of the company.
